I recently found you whilst searching on the internet and decided to give you a try. I only ordered 4 cartridges to begin with to see what the quality was like. I used to be terrified every time i went to Office World to buy genuine Epson cartridges for my Stylus printer and used to grill my kids when they kept printing stuff out at home. A while back i tentatively bought some compatible inkjet cartridges for my printer and they are EASILY as good as the genuine Epson cartridges, now i buy a dozen at a time and let the kids print what they like when they like!!

I would like to put into writing my thanks for the assistance that Stacy gave me in resolving the challenges that i had with a HP78A cartridge that i purchased. Due to circumstances beyond anyones`s control, this cartridge had to be replaced due to a fault.
She dealt with this very professionally and did exactly what she said she would do, each step of the way. She promised to put the replacement into the post the day we spoke, and sure enough, the replacement cartridge arrived the following morning. This was particularly gratifying because the second cartridge was posted on the Friday before the last Bank Holiday Monday and i needed the cartridge to complete some urgent work over the weekend.
Bravo Stacy and Thank You for providing the sort of customer service that is too frequently absent in business today.

I bought some Epson compatible inkjet cartridges from you after a friend recommended your company. They apper identical to the original Epson ones only with a different label. I have looked at the Epson website and it seems had i bought the original ones from Epson, it would have cost me FIVE times as much (£50.00 istead of £10.00) I could not find a company on the internet offering a better deal. I was horrified to find that the cost of new cartridges from any electrical supermarket or PC warehouse amounted to £58.00. My printer only cost £69.00!.
