This means that if you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from
us you may return it to us up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided
they are unused, unopened and kept in the original packaging. Please note that
postal or courier charges are not refundable (Unless the product is found to
be defective). If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements
for shipping the goods to our premises and at your own cost. On receipt
of the returned goods we will refund the full amount (excluding any postal or
courier charges) within 30 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then
we will deduct the cost of collection from your refund. For your complete satisfaction,
we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website (excluding
any postal or courier charges).We will refund the full amount you paid (excluding
any postal or courier charges) within 30 days of receipt of the order. Defective
items may be returned for a full refund INCLUDING the cost of any postal or
courier charges. Simply return any item to the returns address detailed below.
